Fraps

I have some problems with fraps when i play CA. I don't know what it's going on,but in-game without fraps i have like 90-100 fps(all the time) ,well when i try to start recording(doens't matter how much fps i select ) i got "little" freeze and my mouse it's going slowly. My PC it's good,i mean i can fraps GTA4 with 40-50 fps so wtf?! . What's the problem here? What i did wrong? This even happens if i put it on "Real Time"

Try other settings (half size full size matters alot) also try to put your max fps somewhat higher or if you want constant fps put it on the half of the fps you normally got.

I tryed with Half size...still i got "little" freeze and what "Lock Framerate" means?

for me = 70FPS + fulll size = 20 - 30FPS Frapsing
70FPS + Half size = 50 - 60 FPS Frapsing

But f u watch the vid back, is it the same or is it smooth then?

It looks fine i think,i mean no freeze and btw bad resolution.

And here it's my pc config: Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz (4 CPUs)
Memory: 4GB RAM
Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series
Display Memory: 1024.0 MB

I have a worse computer than yours and I can fraps full graphics in fullscreen @ 1920x1080 in other games, but the moment I try to fraps CA, I only get around 15 fps ... instead of a nice 40 - 80 in other games.
