My Elite Moderator Room Rules are fairly simple ... and are built around an idea of optimising "Fairplay" & "Equality of Chances" on the battlegrounds ...
I am, have always been & will always be a Fair Elite Moderator, I will in no possible way abuse my EM by kicking someone "just because he is better than I am" or "just because he killed me".
However, I will not warn anyone ... warning people is just a waste of time since in the end no one listens to you.
(Personal Experience)

Befor you call me a "Poor Douchbag", let me tell you that I am well over NX Platinium Grade (At least 2000+), so my decisions are not made because I can not afford such or such guns, but because I consider them as inappropriate for a Fair Game. Period.
Feel free to flame me & my rules, but keep in mind that your opinions are worthless in my eyes.

The Room Rules:

Whiners / Flamers:
- Instant kick ... go cry in other Rooms.

People asking me to kick someone:
- Instant kick ... I am only juge, and will wait to see that person with my own eyes, then decide if or not he also deserves a kick.

Specialists:
- Instant kick

Mercenairies:
- Only Deckland is allowed in my Rooms ... all the others will receve an Instand kick.

Shotguns:
- Room Filter will always be on "No Shotguns"

Speed Gear:
- 18% Speed Max (Maximum possible with GP items)
- NO NX SPEED GEAR ... if you are not CPT2, then you have no reason to use Anti Flash Googles.

Mines:
- Instant kick ... thay generate a huge amount of Server Lag for many people (Including me)

Special Rule:

Bunny Hopping / Bhopping:
- Any player who just Bhopps & Sprays at me will receve an instant Kick. I have no time to lose on people who do that ...
- Doing so generates a "client sided" hitbox delay, that makes you really hard for people with Computers like my one, to even just touch you ...

- M4A1 SOPMOD
- All Shotguns

I allow the use of SMGs in my rooms now, but annoying SMG Bhoppers will still get kicked if thay get on my nerves.
