For everyone:
I gave him a chance back then, he took it, prooved himself worthy of the chance I gave to him ...
Then came a sinister story about his account, and we made a preventive kick to not harm the Hack Index (due to a possible ban), prooven innocent he continued his life but did not join back ...
Se he never really got kicked, it was only temporary.

Hope that cleared out any questions.
