His a nice guy, (I know him in real life) and his rapidly improving. I'm teaching him everything that needs to be taught (S&D)

I hope you guys can ignore his rank and KD.. you have to start from some where right? We can teach him things etc.. Smile

Not being rude, but you maybe a nice bloke in real life, and you may be improving, but my opinion will be come back when you meet the requirements, you are under the age and under the KDR that we are asking for.

Artsy, you must understand our situation ... since the start we have set requirments, if some of them are not met, we can always make exceptions, but when the difference is too big we just can't accept ...

It's the same as if you say no to everyone, and the day you say yes to someone, everyone else will start trying ...

So as said, he will be more than welcome to reapply once he meets the requirments.
For the KD, let him get to 1.05 ...
