And decide if we accept him/her as Member of the Clan or not ...

If you apply to join a clan, and know that you are on Probation, it certainly isn't a good idea to not show up at all during the given probation time.

We want actif people, not zombies ...

Well yeah, but this is why you have this probation week, so that we can find out who the time wasters are before they are fully in our clan.

I think a guy in probation which is inactive on the forum should be directly kicked, cuz it means he doesn't really care about the clan, he just wants to join the clan to be in a clan ( a parasite yeh...).
However, that's just what i wanted to say ^^'.
