I voted no because the few times i played with him in cw , he wasn't able to speak correctly , and he wasn't able to follow the instruction given by the clan war leader...

and i also voted no because not enough active on the forum ( since his apply he didnt come to even watch the forum )

I have seen him online, actually many times. At the beggining he showed interest to learn SnD and that stuff, but not anymore i think. Furthermore he isnt active on the forums....
I cant decide for Yes or No atm, so i wont vote.
